Do The Owners Realise They Should Be Hands Off....?
I detect a lot of bad feeling about the club at the moment. It isn't just about results it's more about the owners regularly making public fools of themselves?

So what is your favourite moan about them? Is it the new stadium, the poor signings or the ambitions of the directors, their ridiculous attempts to talk (down) to fans or their incompetence?

Or are you happy with them all...?

500 posts by people earning 20 bags a year pointing out the flaws of self made millionaires.

Can't wait.

Got no complaints about them at all. I dont have a short memory and reckon we would be well in the shit without them. Superb job they do for west ham in my book.

Agree Manor Park has a valid point but I wish Gold would keep of Twitter and just operate in the background quietly like all good chairmen.
If the transfer budget was as big as their egos we'd be top spenders in the league.

As per other posts, thank them for saving us to some extent and am very thankful for what they have done but also realise we will never meet the expectations they set.

If we truly want to get to the top 6 and challenging at the top we need owners with larger fortunes or ones willing to risk some of it. I understand why they loan to the club at 6-8% interest to protect their personal wealth and my only complaint or gripe is the expectation setting and hyperbole.

They are determined to "self harm" it seems and alienate fans who would actually respect them if they leveled with them and said they will try to consolidate us in the top half of the division and put the days of worrying about relegation each season behind us.

They live in a bubble (no pun intended) as rich people often do and probably believe they can get us to the top on a budget.

The owners come across as having little or no class.
It's all strictly business to them.

This might come as a shock to some people on here but most football fans are uninterested in what our owners do or say.

Oooooops sorry, I should have written football fans everywhere hang on every word our owners, and their children, utter.

Don't like it when your bullshit is questioned do you, what a ridiculous answer to a perfectly straightforward question.

So the squeaking, melting, leaking bag of methane intends to carry on this new year in the same vein as last.

Thank goodness my entertainment will be assured.

Are you counting the empties at the stadium today or have you delegated the job?

Eh? You really think David Gold doesn't love this club? Whatever it is it to him, it isn't 'JUST a business' but it is ALSO a business for him. Not really surprising as that is what all clubs are now. Business wise I'm pretty sure you'll find we're much better off now than we were. No class: I wouldn't like to say but who exactly do you want as an owner? Nigel Havers?

Re: Do The Owners Realise They Should Be Hands Off....?
I've never counted spares, some other idiot did that on here to try and prove me wrong and failed unsurprisingly. He won't be doing that again.

I'll be watching on TV so any empty seats will be visible and possibly commented on if I can be arsed.

Re: Do The Owners Realise They Should Be Hands Off....?
So, according to Manor's logic, we shouldn't have any opinions on anyone's performance unless we're at least equally successful as them in their chosen profession.

That's bollocks, and our owners didn't make their money running football clubs anyway. They have a proven track record of being fucking shit at it. They've fucked up our club irreparably.
